Getting There
La Tontouta International Airport (NOU) is the gateway for the New Caledonia zone, about 45 km north-west of Nouméa and roughly 1.5 hours by road from Bourail along RT1 (reported). Aircalin runs the only direct US connection, Los Angeles to Nouméa, at about 13 hours with low frequency; check the live schedule. Other routes run via Sydney, Brisbane or Auckland (reported on the zone page).
