One honest caution: buying property abroad has real complexities. Foreign-ownership structures vary by country, and the rules are different everywhere. We don’t give legal advice and we won’t pretend to. A good local agent — plus the local attorney or notary they work with — is exactly who navigates that with you. That’s the whole point of the introduction.
